• Items purchased online can be retuned within 7 days after item(s) received.
• You must have an original receipt or packing slip to complete your return.
• Item(s) must be unused and unwashed.
• Custom products are final an are not eligible for returns, exchanges, changes, alterations.
• Item(s) purchased at a 3rd party or re-seller must be returned at those locations and are subject to their return policy.
• Item(s) such as underwear is not returnable. 
• Item(s) has un-returnable sign on it is not returnable.
• Before shipping your return item(s), you need to find your Order No. and provide it to Litume® Online Shop customer service by clicking Message button on the top of right page.
